Description
Its hard to beat the location of this traditional beach house. Situated just across from the popular Point Roadknight beach. The family will love being able to leave the car at home, with surfboards or boogie boards in hand pop across to the beach. Not only are you spoilt for location but there's also a fabulous spacious garden area for the family to compete in their favourite sport.
As you enter the property there is a seating area, then 2 bedrooms with tri-bunks and single beds are just around the corner.
There is also a bathroom with a shower downstairs as is the garage that has been converted into a games room. (NB: as of August 2023 there is no pool table at property, despite the photo has cues on the wall). The upstairs offers a quaint kitchen/dining and living area, 2 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom. Sit and relax on the large surrounding deck and enjoy the glorious views to Point Roadknight. Beachside on Melba won't disappoint.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principal place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Lovely location
April M - 21st September 2023We enjoyed our 3 night stay here, great location and views, kids loved the table tennis. We were a bit disappointed by the lack of basic essentials like toilet paper (1 spare) and dish washer tablets (only 1 provided!). We paid per person so this was subpar. And none of us have ever had to return our hired linen before. Shame that the simple things distract from a great property.

A welcome pack is provided on arrival but it's only a starter pack to get you going for your first night. However, rest assured that your remarks will be shared with the management for awareness. Leonard L - 6th March 2022Great location. House in decent condition, a few bits and bobs falling apart. Decently clean and comfortable. Great view of Pt. Roadknight. Absolute bare minimum of essentials supplied. BYO toilet paper/dishwashing tablets/paper towels/salt and pepper/tea etc. Great location. Great for bug groups/families but there are better options if you're a medium sized group.

TERRIFIC FAMILY HOUSE
LeoS - 26th February 2019Just spent a 2 lovely weeks at this family friendly house with my wife, daughter , son in law and our grand kids. Great quite position with marvelous views of Point Roadknight from inside house and from outside on massive decking.Terrific spot on deck for outdoor BBQ.Very close to beach.This one ticks all the boxes for an extended family holiday. Unfortunately, the washing machine broke down as soon as we arrived but was replaced within a few days with a brand new one from the very understanding owners. Thanks for a great stay.
Fantastic Family holiday location
PaddyC - 20th December 2018Really enjoyed our family holiday here - 2 families - plenty of room and very confortable. Very easy access to a great beach. Nice walk into Anglesea. Great quiet location. Great to have that games room, with fishing equipment/boogy boards/kayaks. fantastic view from that deck.
