We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was perfect for 2 families as it has a very big, well appointed kitchen/living area, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an outside warm shower. It also has a great deck with views of the sea and pier. Also handy having the well maintained outside area for kids to spill into. The location is really good, only a short walk to supermarket, beach and main street, and a great coffee is just down the hill at the Swingbridge cafe. We would definitely recommend this property as it is reasonably priced and has everything that you need for a great holiday

The venue has a user friendly layout, handy great position close, but far enough from town and a hop skip and jump to the beach , and has a great view the deck is great . It is looking a bit tired though, that's tolerable but it really needs a THOROUGH clean not just a between letting clean .Things need to be pulled out of cupboards and draws and the draws and cupboards cleaned. Beyond the BBQ grill plate is disgusting !!! NO WIFI that's just a basic amenity these days.

Be prepared to spend several hours cleaning! We encountered dirty floors, cobwebs from every piece of furniture and thick black cobwebs in all corners and windows. Fridge was dirty, freezer had blood all over it. Toilet was dirty and I had to throw out the toilet brush as it was covered in faecies. I am not sure what is worse to think that the cleaner just didn't clean the toilet or that the brush heavily covered in faecies was used to clean it. it was a real disappointment. This house layout accomadated my family well so we were intending to rent it many times but we won't be due to the poor state of cleanliness.
