Family holiday

Lovely house big enough for 6 adults and 2 children,a 2 minute walk to the beach and an easy stroll into Lorne. Will add that the parking is very tight and definitely no room for any extra vehicles or a boat.

8 ladies all enjoyed the spacious open living area with a beautiful view. Comfy beds and well appointed. Good heating and front deck. Thank you.

What a fabulous place for a large family or two families. Great location so close to the beach and swing bridge. Large living area and 4 bedrooms. Separate living room down stairs. The photos on the website does not do it justice. Yep it is behind a few older apartments, bit the total experience is great. We have stayed at more expensive accommodation in Lorne, but this is our new favourite.

Fantastic as always

We’ve been to this house several times and it’s been fantastic every time. Well equipped, plenty of space and very clean. Great house, great location, fantastic views. Don’t need to drive anywhere. Love it and will definitely be back again.

Great Ocean Road Weekend

We have just spent a fantastic weekend with friends at Beaches on the Great Ocean Road in Lorne. The house was clean, spacious, warm and comfortable with brilliant views of Lorne and the ocean. Watching some wild cold fronts coming towards us from the comfort of the house was spectacular. Highly recommend this great value property and the excellent service from the team at GOR real Estate.

Breathtaking!

Those views were simply breathtaking. Watching that sunrise every morning from the main living room was just stunning. All the bedrooms were lovely and spacious. The walk into the main strip across the beach was spectacular.

What a house!

What a House! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Plenty of space. Great for families. Spent each night having a drink on that deck looking at that view. Well be staying here again

Panoramic Sea Views

Panoramic sea views, warm, dry, comfortable, clean, functional, multiple living spaces and balconies. Loved it, such a relaxing place.

Planning a trip back!

The location of this house was AMAZING!! To wake to the sound of the ocean was so calming and only a few steps across the road to walk along the beach into town. We are already planning our trip back, plenty of space for our family of 5. Thanks for the memories

Great location

This house is in a great location. It has everything you could want for a beach holiday or just a break. Lots of room to move around and a great view of the ocean. Lots of bird life - but don't feed the cockatoos - they are a pest

Spectacular

The house is a large family home with spectacular views over the ocean. The family room is hugh with comfortable furnishings and a large balcony. A cosy gas fire place and split systems kept us nice and warm. The house is walking distance to the shops an resturants. We couldnt fault a thing. We would recommend large groups or familys to stay here.

Even better

We have stayed here many times before when the kids were young and we forgot how good it was. With the recent upgrade in furniture and new carpet, it was a delight to have spent 4 days at the house with the family. The views speak for themselves, the location great and the home, a credit to its owners. All the mod cons you require, clean and functional. Wil stay again hopefully with the grand-kids.

GREAT LOCATION AND HOUSE

The week's holiday was one of best we have had at Lorne. The house with its 1 bedroom, ensuite and powder room, kitchen, lounge, dining and decks upstairs and lounge, kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom downstairs was perfect. The location was perfect as we all like to swim - even though the water was a bit chilly!! Would definitely book again. Love Lorne Thank you.

Love staying here. The views are amazing and the walk into town is only 5 mins. Clean and comfortable beds with plenty of space for 3 families. Highly recommend.

Well located

This is a well located property, comfortable with a beautiful outlook and decks. Would prefer one of the double beds to be a queen size instead as the room would support this.
