It is modern, spacious with all the facilities you would need for a great holiday or weekend. Excellent ocean views are also a great bonus. It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

The WIFI passwords and other important information about the property and surrounding area were sent to guests via the touch stay link you received via email or SMS once checked in. Rest assured that our cleaning team are doing their best to remove bugs from the properties. We do get regular pest control treatment. However, Lorne is located on the edge of a National park. We hope to welcome you back for an even better experience.

Amazing ocean views, great house
Julie W - 3rd July 2021Our family of 5 adults loved our recent stay in this home with fabulous ocean views. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which is sometimes a rare find in holiday homes. The location was close to main street, restaurants, beach and walking tracks. The hill was steep but we managed to cope with it. The wooden fire was a bonus in winter, downstairs rooms were cold but there were extra portable heaters for use.
The view!! OMG watching the ocean sunrise to sunset made the trip so special. Beautiful fire makes it so cosy. The place was also spotless. And we had all the birds come for a visit every day! Make sure you bring your own linen as it’s not provided. What a great stay. Thank you.

Perfect location, great view. Every room needs a deep cleaning as you could find spider webs and dust everywhere. No Wi-Fi available, so make sure you have heaps of data.
Great view and deck. Close to town but be aware the walk up is very steep and not for people with issues walking. If so be prepared to drive to town. Would be a great stay for a family. Make sure to read through all the amenities beforehand too as sheets aren't provided.

Best view in Lorne
Georgie - 31st March 2020Has to be the best view in Lorne, we loved sitting on the balcony watching the sun come up and go down. The house is lovely comfortable beds and enjoy verything you need. The location is a 5min walk down the hill to the beach, shops and Restaurants coming back up was hard on the legs but I should be fitter

Parents retreat upstairs was particularly comfortable and the garage was a bonus for ease of access. Bathrooms and laundry excellent. We will book again if owners keep a similar price which is reasonable. Extra fridge in the garage would be handy.

Tina - 27th January 2019Great location, a steep walk up a hill but loved the views, so it was worth it! Also lock up garage was a bonus. Good setup for families with 2 rooms and bathroom downstairs and main bedroom and ensuite upstairs. Noted there was beach equipment (toys, chairs, etc) but was not sure we could use them so would have been good to know. Well stocked kitchen in terms of cutlery and utensils. Would book this place again.

From the double garage with perfectly stacked firewood, to the balcony with stunning uninterrupted views over the coastline. Spacious, and great for a family with cosy beds. Great for a shared family holiday with kids and grandparents. We'll be back. Again.
