Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Really nice and cute place. The decor was lovely and really comfortable. The best part about it was the amazing location. Just one street back from Mountjoy parade so didn’t need to drive anywhere.

As always we've loved our stay and for future guests you need to buy K-FEE coffee pods for the machine as they don't leave you any and you can't buy them in Lorne. The only disappointing thing is that the cobweb in the bedrooms was the same one there in Aug 2019 when we stayed there last time. It could definitely do with a cobweb clean.
Great location. A practical place to stay to enjoy the beach and amenities. Wifi would be a good addition.

We loved it very much. The only downer was that the property wasn’t ready by 3 and we couldn’t get in until 4. One of the cleaners who left when 2 more cleaners arrived seemed to have washed his car - and therefore we had to park in pools of muddy water - thus having to avoid walking the mud into the unit when we finally got in. A fourth person arrived with the linen and was quite rude and made us feel like we were in the wrong by being there waiting to start our little break.

We felt the property was tidy but not clean enough. All the walls and cupboards need a big clean with sugar soap. Lots of flies and spiderwebs caught in and around the fly screen doors. Most door handles were very loose and ready to fall off. The lack of cleanliness was particularly evident around the light switches and doors/cupboard handles. The BBQ was unusable.
Loved our short stay. Property was clean and comfortable. Close proximity to town and beaches was absolutely perfect.
The location was great, super close to everything, check in/out was super easy and it was great that we were able to use boogie boards, kids loved it. The place did have a strange smell to it, which wasn’t very nice, but once we left the balcony door open for the day, it got better.
A well positioned, mostly private apartment in lovely Lorne, one of our favorite destinations ever. The apartment is spacious and has had some updating with newer carpet and furnishings noted. The kitchen is a bit dated but entirely serviceable. The shower was awesome (we are used to poor water pressure at home). The ability to have our dog with us and to have a stay well appointed for him with a dog door, dog bowls and a pooper scooper is incredibly rare and much appreciated! Down sides for our stay included there being no firelighters or newspaper to get the fireplace started at all during our stay, the cost of the stay was exorbitant for a mid winter, metro melbourne lockdown tourist slump and there being no WiFi (which is just a small luxury).
Great place, excellent location!! It is perfectly set-up for family and is very pet friendly which is great. We had an excellent stay.

This apartment is really spacious, the photos dont do it justice! Really well equipped for our newborns and fur babies; theres a doggy door and the yard is spacious and great for our Brussels griffons. Literally a 3 minute walk to the main beach and shops. Beds were really comfy. Definitely would recommend this property.

This little townhouse is comfortable, clean and quiet -- close enough to the main street of Lorne to make everything accessible, and far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Bonus -- not that far back up the steep hills of Lorne, so easy to head in and out without the hike of other houses far up the hillside behind Lorne. You could even see the sunrise over the ocean in the mornings which was lovely. Beds were comfortable, cupboards were well stocked and it was very easy, simple and no-fuss. Perfect spot!

Was a nice location, and felt quiet homely. Pin pad entry handy, as you dont need to carry keys all around. Only negatives were: 1. There was lots of pet hair on the floor and furniture. I tried to use the vacuum to give the place a further tidy up, but the vacuum itself was clogged with pet hair. Not sure if we were just unlucky, but this was the only major disappointment. 2. Also, some of the fittings are a little dated, such as bedroom door handles and external sliding doors. Not a big issue though. Overall though, would recommend the place for anyone!

My wife, toddler and myself had a great week at the accommodation. not only is there a TV, but DVD player, radio and a large selection of movies. There's fully stocked coffee machine with pods and tea, books and sporting equipment. Heaters for every room and a well stocked kitchen in terms of utensils and pans. It's in a quiet location right near town and beach and the sun streams in the main bedroom and the lounge room in the morning. There's a great selection of birds each morning in the trees adjacent the balcony and cockatoos on the oval across the road.
