This spacious home offers plenty of accommodation (enough for 2 families) and two separate living zones. It has views over the Golf Course and to the bush and backs onto the 12th Fairway, it is also close to the hinterlands with wild life, walking tracks, bike paths, the river, the beach and of course the famous Great Ocean Road.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principal place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

A happy stay. Would visit again.
Peter a - 15th February 2021We stayed in Balagorang for 10 days as a family of 9: 3 generations inc. 3 kids aged 4-8. We were very happy with the clean, homely accommodation & wouldn't hesitate to return. It was well-equipped for our needs (an A/C upstairs & wi-fi the only suggested additions.) The spot is really lovely: quiet but close to town & not far from the river & beach. It's right on the golf course's edge, which makes for a serene outlook and the kangaroos and birdlife are indeed regular acquaintances. Thank you.
Great holiday house
Connie - 27th January 2020This holiday house is much better than the pictures convey. Our extended family (aged from 0 - 94) had a fabulous week long stay. The house is just right, not too new for kids, but also comfortable for a range of adults. Highly recommended.
