Relax and enjoy Lorne's Best Views! North facing and with a protected balcony this modern apartment located on the Great Ocean Road looks over beautiful Loutitt Bay and beyond.
It is a comfortable air conditioned apartment that has open plan living, fully equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (en suite has spa). Off street undercover parking is provided. There is an easy walk to Lornes shopping centre, cinema and ocean beach or dine out at the seafood restaurant close by at the Lorne pier.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Fantastic unit and position, everything you need for a holiday stay in Lorne

Great view however needs improvement
Lamees Ramahi - 2nd January 2023The view and location are absolutely fantastic, however these are the only good points to the property. - the property was filthy. I spent 1.45 hours cleaning the apartment upon arrival. Great ocean road advised they would have sent someone when I checked out which was a nice offer. - the lights are gloomy - no hot water when we got home one night so couldn’t bathe my baby - the apartment is very outdated and needs a face lift. We stay at lorne every year and would not book again.

A usual favourite disappoints
Shirley Getley - 21st July 2021This apartment has been one of our absolute favourite "go-to-get-away" weekend spots over the years. Sadly our recent stay was disappointing. Cleanliness wasn't to it's usual standard; remote controls and lamps not working, DVD not working, dirty kitchen, ant problem, a greasy smell radiating from the kitchen, and in general the apartment is looking tired and feeling neglected. Higher prices demand higher expectations and unfortunately this time, this apartment didn't give value for money.

Amazing views
Trudi - 22nd May 2017Amazing location, balcony to enjoy to view from and window seat to read the papers on. No rugs made it slippery to walk on the floors in socks (not to mention our little dog slid everywhere, cute). Realised there was nothing in the pantry to help cooking, next time must bring absolutely everything with us. Bed was great, best sleep and enjoyed the spa, the rear garden is so tranquil & lovely view from our room. Very very clean & tidy home
