Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Disappointment
Helen T - 13th April 2021The apartment was dirty and cleaners had to be called back and it appears from watching the girl clean, she has no idea how to clean and possibly needs training. The mattresses are in dire need of a change as does the bed linen and blankets provided. The lounge needs a steam clean and the window sill and the balcony were filthy and needed a proper clean. The whole experience was such a disappointment as having had a difficult 15 months and looking forward to a mini break. Would not recommend

Helen T - 12th April 2021Arrived to a dirty apartment and called the agent to get the cleaners back which they did but I wouldn’t recommend. The beds are terrible mattresses are uncomfortable and the extra blankets are putrid. The couch needs a clean, the whole apartment isn’t worth the money paid and the view is blocked by wire fences. Would I stay here again ? Never
Had a great 3 night stay with the family. Location was new for us (slightly outside the main strip) but a short walk to the pier and coffee! A bit quieter and definitely a great spot. Picked up keys after hours and everything went to plan with minimal fuss.
Overall happy with our stay and the view.

Great apartment with beautiful ocean views. Only a 2 min walk to Lorne Pier and a 15 min walk to the town centre. Nice place to relax with a stylish apartment . Also has private car space in secure car park.
