Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Disappointing
Glenys F - 17th January 2023The location, spaciousness and layout of this apartment are great, however we were shocked that the cleaning of this apartment was very substandard fir the rental charged. Dusting was non existent, long strands of hair were found in the shower and mould could be wiped from the basin drains. The furniture has seen far better days, with the couch held up with a block of wood and the dining chairs mended in a shoddy manner with some glued leather strips. The photos must be of another unit.

Disappointing stay
Justin W - 12th September 2022We're sorry about the negative review - but the apartment was dusty & full of leaks! Wet carpet & dripping noises. While we understand all properties have issues, this should be reflected in the description. Also - the price we paid per night was not for a damp apartment. We left a day earlier & feel quite let down & ofcourse out of pocket.
Peaceful location
