Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

When we opened the door the first thing we noticed how untidy the first couch we saw,looked like someone was laying on it,then in the bedroom the sheets were so creased that they stood our,then I started looking,I saw drop of blood mark on one of the pillows,pulled the top sheet back there was blood stain.We notified your office straight away,they came on the next day and changed the linen.Beside that disappointment,the lay out of the house was beautiful,a lot of spaces,very quite area,and relax

Overall we had a lovely weekend away, however there were a few disappointing aspects to our stay. Firstly when I made the booking, the maximum number of pets I could select was 1. I emailed asking if it would be possible to have a second dog due to the restriction on the booking and the reply I had was a very curt “we are pet friendly” not even answering my question at all- we ended up taking two dogs. Good location easy walk to town. No shampoo or conditioner or hairdryer at the apartment

Loved our stay here with our 4 kids. Living space was a great size and having two bathrooms was useful. The walk to and from town is lovely. Balcony is a nice space, but probably needs a bit of a clean up. Maybe result of lockdowns, but needed a weed and clean.

A great location and spacious. Would have loved a few final touches for a longer stay: No bakeware options for eating/cooking in - cake tin/tray for cooking up a dessert; Clearer instructions for induction cooktop; Lounge suite is getting a bit tired for a lounge around afternoon; Dishwasher is not level and trays start rolling w. door open Did not use BBQ but a WeberQ was available. This apartment is on the first level; I think next time would prefer upper level for total unobstructed views

The location is superb - right across the road from a walking path that takes you to the main beach and town, lovely views, clean, very spacious, enough couches for all, had everything we needed

Was musty & damp. Pantry and wardrobed smelled terrible. Main bed was hard & shower heads poor.

Good location but not very well cleaned . Uncomfortable couches . A couple of lights not working ,no hairdryer ,awful shower heads ,no sugar. No smart tv and no Foxtel . Its the little things like this that should be provided and make a difference.

Stayed here several times now with my family and two dogs. We all love it. Back off the busy street with good views of the coast. Plenty of room for the family and pets and everything Lorne has to offer is an easy walk along the beach.

Complete Package

A perfect apartment that catered for all our needs. Both bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen contains any resource you may need to cater for your own needs. The front balcony provides great views across the ocean and is a pleasant place to read, eat and/or drink. Perfect for a small family or two couples. Will not be the last time we stay.
