Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Recommend this apartment for its space and peace. Small things offered that (for us) were appreciated - baking paper, paper towel and decent utensils. Hot water system is a bit small so simply plan accordingly. The walk to and from main drag always offered a different sight and helps burn off the great food Lorne offers. Would recommend for one or two couples.

Air con was leaking badly soaking some portion of the carpet. Most of the cupboards in the rooms could not be used as they were either locked or filled with cleaning equipment's. Wasted some time trying to sort out issues with the leaking A/C and the hot water kettle that did not work either. The place was not very clean as well.

Good bits: excellent location, balcony, good sized rooms, secured location, kitchen well equipped for tools. Improvements needed: - dishwasher does not work. Dishes come out dirty and those in the cupboards were obviously dirty too. Had to wash all utensils by hand. - no basic kitchen perishables provided. No salt, sugar, tea/coffee, oil. - cooling: one AC in entire apartment. No fly screens in master or second bedroom. So can’t keep windows open either. - bathroom: shower is terrible. Just sprays water all over in the shower but not on you. - limited toilet rolls provided. - price: high especially when above basic requirements are not met.

A nice, easy laid out apartment in a great location a little away from the main drag, but only a 7 minute leisurely walk. Apartment itself was good, but the following need repair or updating: Dishwasher - didn't wash dishes properly, so had to take them out after a cycle and manually wash them - double handling and annoying Toilet in ensuite - didn't flush properly so regularly had to flush 2 or 3 times Shower in ensuite - shower head needs replacing as water doesn't flow evenly and goes everywhere No fans in bedrooms so on hot nights there's no way of getting cool and given there's no fly wire on sliding door in master bedroom, you would get bitten by mozzies if you chose to leave it open. Otherwise a nice comfortable apartment especially the couch. Wifi would be a great added addition to be included given the high price being charged at this time of year and so many other properties include this, especially if you have to work or study whilst on holdiays

Place was well layed out. Very clean. The only things were the fridge compressor was very noisy. A Clothes dryer I would thought would be a must. Which affects future bookings for us. Otherwise close walk to town, beach and pier.

Beautiful spacious apartment, great views and location, nice and clean, short walk into town or to the pier. Only minor gripe was that lock on apartment door was broken (we couldn't lock door when we left the apartment). We were promised a repairman, who never came, so we left it unlocked entire time. No big deal but would have been if someone had broken in! A minor detail however - apartment was great, would book it again.

This is the way to do Lorne, particularly in the busy period. Stayed here at peak Summer time, and it's location out of the main throng was refreshing. Still only a short walk (or kids scooter) into the main drag. Near the quieter rocky beaches around the pier. lovely walk back too along the rocks The apartment itself is well designed and very good quality - the generous deck becomes like another room in the summer. The views are great right across the bay. It's stylishly furnished with a kitchen full of everything you need. You'll end up wishing you owned it.
