It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Amazing views
JandS - 10th June 2020A great unit with magnificent views of the ocean, pier and hillside of Lorne. The unit was clean and had very comfortable furniture and fittings. Just far enough off the main shopping area for it to be quiet, but within easy walk to the beach across the road and the shops in Lorne. awe had a great long weekend here.

With all Lorne's eateries so handy we dined out each evening and didn't use the BBQ, but breakfast or lunch relaxing on the balcony ..... wow, too much happiness! The rental agents provided faultless service, and together with the town's Information Centre you have all the knowledge needed for beaches, walks, activities and local driving tours. We'll be back again for some more relaxation.

Gorgeous place for a getaway
rickandhayley - 24th February 2019Amazing views, fantastic location, super relaxing. Perfect spot for a getaway - only criticsms being the showerhead needs replacing and the balcony could do with a sunbed- would have loved to sit out there and read a book but too uncomfortable on the chairs provided. Will definately be back!

Great view
Susan - 5th June 2018This apartment is in a great, quiet location, with a wonderful view from balcony and master bedroom. It is well appointed, with comfortable beds and good furnishings, but it would be nice to have some cushions for the couches, to make it easier to relax. Bathroom is a bit tired, with shower over the bath and shower head that needs to be replaced. Kitchen area is good, but needs to be better cleaned, eg Rangehood was greasy.

Vince - 31st January 2018The Family really enjoyed the stay here. Great Location and Views. The apartment was well appointed. On the surface the apartment was clean, but could do with a once over ie vacuum under furniture, window tracks and balcony could do with a good mop. TV also would also lose reception intermittently. Only minor things :) Would definitely recommend

A big thank you to Matthew for arranging for the TV to be fixed on Australia Day so we could watch the tennis semi final :)
