Listed as one of Australia's top 10 tourist and holiday destinations where the ocean meets the forest, apartment one three - 13 sits peacefully within the exclusive Point Grey Precinct on the Great Ocean Road. It really is a beach lover’s, foodie’s and surfer’s paradise throughout all seasons.

On entering the spacious tastefully furnished living room you feel like you are standing on top of the ocean. Breath taking 180-degree views from the large, elevated balcony immediately take you on a visual journey from, Airey's Inlet Light house, through Louttit Bay back to the pier and out to the open sea. A BBQ and large outdoor setting mean you can spend all the time you want enjoying the serenity You only need to step across the road to a secluded beach, a perfect fishing perch on the Lorne pier or the infamous Aquatic Club and Lorne Pier Seafood Restaurant.

The large open plan apartment is light and airy, fully serviced complete with linen, smart TV, split system heating and cooling, fully functional kitchen and high speed Wifi. The decor has a relaxed ambience and allows you to embrace the amazing views and sounds of the ocean which are less than 100 meters away.

The Master bedroom provides an aura of comfort and tranquillity complete with an en-suite including a bath, split system heating and cooling, television, reading nook, built in cupboards and ocean views from your pillow to die for!

Two additional bedrooms are featured, one with a double bed, and one with 2 x single beds, both with ceiling fans and built-in cupboards. An additional bathroom near these bedrooms for family use is a lifesaver.
The Laundry includes a family sized washing machine and clothes dryer.
The property sleeps and seats 6 people comfortably.
An allocated undercover car park is included in the package.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules” . Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Peaceful winter break

Generally a pretty good apartment , spacious and well equipped. Some problems with bedding and couch need to be addressed.

BEAUTIFUL ASIAN DECOR, VERY COMFORTABLE AND RELAXING. THE SPACIOUS DECK IS THE PERFECT PLACE FOR TO UNWIND AND LAY IN THE SUN ON THE LOUNGES OR LIGHT THE BBQ AND GATHER FRIENDS WITH A DRINK OR TWO! QUIET END OF TOWN AWAY FROM THE NOISE, YET A GREAT WALK!

Cant thank GORH enough for providing such a stunning space for us to stay. The place was just perfect and in close proximity to cafes/restaurants and the view was just breathtaking! Inside was so cosy and warm, perfect to gear up for the running festival. Thanks again GORH! Will definitely be visiting again!!

Great views and fantastic location

A great view over the pier, expansive open deck area to dine outside or relax in the sun. A lot of care and thought has been applied in the choice of eclectic decor with a tasteful mix of Asian & bright decor creating a real homely feel with a zing ! This apartment was convenientky close to the stairs leading to guest car park as well as to the path down to the pier , beach and along to Main Street Lorne . It afforded amazing ocean views overlooking the pier & very spacious inside with all the amenities you could wish for . It just needed an airconditior in the main living room to keep cool in those really hot summer days ,& the electric fans located in all the rooms also did the trick in keeping cool air flowing . I highly recommend this appartment ( no:13) for a wonderful holiday experience !:)

Stunning Location, Great apartment

Spent 2 weeks in the apartment and had a fantastic holiday. Spectacular views from the large balcony directly over the pier. Easy walking distance into town, but far enough away not to be disturbed in the evenings or early mornings. Apartment well set up and very comfortable to stay in. Check in/out was very easy. Would stay here again.

Nicely decorated apartment with an Asian theme of furnishings and paintings. Very comfortable. Fabulous position. Needs a few games. Eg. cards. Needs a sponge or chux so we could wipe down sink and benches

Disappointing

Nice view and location but .. we booked with local friends and was assured there was AC. Arrived on a 38o day and found none and windows rusted shut so couldnt even get a breeze. Blinds falling down, broken toilets, dust everywhere, no vacuum cleaner, no mop (we were there for almost 3 weeks), filthy BBQ, filthy windows, dishwasher that did'nt wash dishes, no plugs for sinks. Spent days waiting for handyman who was quite sympathetic, unlike the agent who was just defensive and arrogant. Hopefully things have been sorted and it will be better for the next person. Sub standard for the price.
