With floor to ceiling north facing windows magnificent views of Loutitt Bay, from Airey’s Inlet to the Lorne pier can be enjoyed from all living areas.With quality furniture and tasteful fittings, this apartment happily accommodates everyone’s needs.

After a day at the beach, wash the sand off and leave it outside under the communal outdoor shower. Whether you take a short flat walk along Mountjoy Parade to the main street or across the road to the walking track and along the beach, either way you will take in all the beauty that Lorne and its surrounds has to offer.




Just a few general words about the property.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

The place had an amazing view and was in a great location. Within walking distance to the town and beach. The apartment itself was very clean but lacked some personal touches and was quite small. We also felt it was over priced for what we got.

Outstanding views in a perfect location. However, there was no BBQ, no fly wire screen on the external doors and intermittent television reception.

Weve stayed here a few times over the last 10 years and accepted the lack of a bbq and the broken handle on the washer because of the amazing view and convenience of being able to park the car and walk everywhere. This stay there was a new washer, new shower heads, new stove, new toaster and kettle. And Lorne provided the most perfect weather as well. Our holiday was perfect and well definitely stay at this apartment again.

As soon as we walked in the back door and saw that view. WOW. The apartment is in a great location and just an easy stroll into town We were lucky enough to be offered a late check out. Would definitely stay there again

We stayed at a gorgeous location 13/206 Mountjoy Pde, Kalimna Apts in Lorne. Great views, nice place. Most basics were all there. However could easily enough be made more inviting and friendly by better cleaning &..... Place was not inexpensive. So was surprised to find:: - the place not well cleaned. My wife had to clean down the sofa before we could sit down...dust, food etc. Under sofa was also not properly cleaned. - no fly wire door on the door going out to the balcony, so we were constantly fighting the blowflies - vacuum was provided (to clean up dead flies, :-) ) but was so blocked, that it was virtually useless. - no hair dryer ( first place we have ever stayed at, no matter what the price to find that missing) - I have become so lazy accepting the fact that wireless availability is a given with higher priced apts that I did not bother to check.. :-( Will have to in future ..as there was none here. - TV signal went belly up or 3rd day. Called up to be told that Lorne's reception is iffy. They were polite enough, can't fault that. However, 12hours non reception is not normal I would suggest. They said they would send someone out the following day. No one came and I heard not a thing from them or anyone else to arrange a time etc to check it out . Did some internet searching to find that an upgrade is what is needed out here if reception is not solid. Reception returned the following day. - the toaster provided was more suitable to real bottom of the rung place.. looked real cheap and took only the thinnest of bread. Does no justice to a potentially great place.

Never stay there No barbeque machine No electric grill Washing machine door brocken Vaccum cleaner doesnt have bag Old cooktop For the amount of money paid I could ve got a better deal. I realised no bbq as on web but no elect grill when on holidays with a rainy weather so going out for bbq night time was not fun and staff did nt bother getting from other kalimna apartments which all have one and clearly there was plenty vacant apartments.when I rang the office and told them they said they will try but clearly that wasnt important enough. Very disappointed with my stay. Even taps inside shower dont work properly and just splash water everywhere.

Fantastic location within walking distance to Main Street shops and pubs! Comfortable accomodation with two rooms and two separate toilets, and balcony with lovely view, perfect for two couples or a family. Only down fall was the noisy occupants in the apartments behind us.
