It has a Queen bed, seating area and full kitchen, with a covered area for setting up the outdoor furniture. Upstairs you will find an open plan living /dining area with access to the back deck which is enclosed and gated, and 3 bedrooms with the family bathroom and separate toilet, also with access to the back deck.

Don't worry about sandy feet after a day at the beach with the outdoor shower at the front of the house, and easy access to the the laundry in the carport.

The house is in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, the Anglesea River and across to Coogarah Reserve and playground, and a 15 minute walk to Anglesea Beach. The house design and space lend itself to being the ideal spot for more than one family to come and holiday together.
