All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Good location however the listing stated “use of resort facilities“ and included photos of the gym however I was required to pay an additional $200 for 2 people to use it for the week we were there. Very misleading advertising. Also I sent 4 messages to the host in the weeks leading up to our stay to ask a question and got no response until the day of our stay in which case it was too late. Sent them a message when we arrived to clarify the gym and still no response.

Place had a strong smell to mould when we arrived - couldn't tell whether there was still mould around as the agency never got back to us even though I inquired at least 3 times directly with them. We assume that the mould has been eradicated, however it helps to keep the place ventilated to keep the odour out. The floors are uneven however it is not a major issue. Overall, overpriced for what it was, however, excellently located to amenities, shops and beach

Apartment was well positioned for access to beach and shops, however was smaller than expected and overall, offered poor value for money. Mixed messages as to amenities provided - no laundry or ceiling fans. No instruction manuals for stove or cooling. Mattress on main bed was uncomfortable. Most serious concern was uneven flooring between kitchen and lounge area which was covered in carpet. Owner should be notified that this may pose risk of accidental fall/public liability.

The location is fantastic but the owner needs to spend some money updating this property and install a decent mattress. By far the worst property we have stayed at in many years of coming to the Surf Coast.
