Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Extremely Disappointing
Tim B - 13th March 2023Very small apartment, very small bathroom. No storage in bathroom, poor lighting and the blinds in the bedroom offer little privacy. The bed needs a new mattress. For what we paid for it I could have got better at hotel down the road

Very overpriced and rather ordinary
Carole W - 20th February 2022Very highly priced for an average quality abode that wasn’t overly clean. Dark with little natural light overlooking a public walkway and car park. No privacy and an impossibly complicated door lock which made entry and exit far more difficult than it should ever be. Certainly wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it to anyone.
