Also close by are numerous walking or running tracks, towering sea cliffs visible from the deck, river fishing, hinterland with an abundance of wildlife, golf course, remote beaches away from the crowds or just cruise the Great Ocean Road.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principal place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly NO PETS.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules” . Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great place to relax

Carolyn R - 9th November 2022I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and being able to take my dogs on holidays. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the views, walk to the beach or town. I never moved my car. Dogs enjoyed having a yard to run around. House had everything I needed.

We appreciate that is an older home but our issues were more regarding the cleanliness. Kitchen drawers were very dirty. Mould in the showers. The doona covers were marked and I had to wash 2 mattress protectors. When you pay almost $400 a night I would have expected better. Also to arrive at a house with no toilet paper is incredibly disappointing. The managing Real Estate Agency really needs to improve.
Relaxing break with great views

In fact, we spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the ocean views. Very comfortable, neat and clean accommodation and would highly recommend it. The local magpies are very friendly and frequent visitors :)

Damien N - 21st November 2021Constructive criticisms, hopefully: - mattress protectors on both beds used were extremely soiled and very old. Not at all acceptable. - doona covers had not been recently laundered. - after opening the lounge curtain one morning the mummified body of a flying fox fell to the floor. - lounge cushions grubby and in poor condition. - house in an excellent location. Decking great.. - well stocked kitchen and laundry.
A perfect family holiday home with beautiful outlook. The deck facing northeast was just lovely. House furniture a bit older but good for holiday living and easy care. Would highly recommend.
House has an amazing location, and everything you need including a washing machine! Just needs a bit of an update with the flooring, kitchen, etc
The view from the balcony and bedrooms is just as described, perfect place for a weekend away. Spacious house, older style but so comfortable as per description. We’ll be back! At top of a steep hill (as expected, knowing Anglesea!) so might be worth keeping in mind if you have small kids wanting to walk to beach!
We felt right at home and the view was spectacular. Make sure you get up to see the sunrise from the deck! We will definitely be staying again.
Wow what a stunning spot! Great view, we had such a wonderful stay here. Kitchen is well stocked, fireplace was set when we arrived. Could not ask for a more lovely winter holiday right before Melbourne lockdown. Thank you!
Lovely spot with good ocean view. Lots of little details thought of. Open fire and heaters kept the space plenty warm in winter.

Amazing Views
MooreClan - 27th January 2019This was the third time we have stayed in this house and the views never fail to impress even with the Anglesea Lookout a few minutes walk away. Whilst the house is basic in amenities it is comfortable, clean and roomy. The location to the main beach and beach walking trails are easy to access and close (though the hill walk up to the house can be a bit of a challenge on a hot day). We took full advantage of the deck that looks over the beautiful coastline. Be careful of the driveway crossover which is very deep and scraped the underside of our cars. Overall, a comfortable house with a large deck for relaxing and viewing the coastline and beach. We can easily and happily recommend a stay here.
