Located on the beach side of the Great Ocean Road and walking distance to the beach, shops and tennis courts. An ideal holiday house for summer with a large private deck area with gas BBQ. Air conditioning for the hot summer weather and a cosy wood fire for winter holidays. The master bedroom is downstairs and the other 2 bedrooms are upstairs. A fully enclosed yard is suitable for the family pet.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great location. Ample space with all amenities. Loved the firewood left for the cold nights that we had. Well stocked kitchen although would have loved some bigger wine glasses and matching! Ran out of hot water a few times but maybe a timer issue? Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a break and will def book next year. Great that the dog could come too

Had a lovely week at 23 Amaroo. Only little niggly issue such as no brooms, dust pan and brushes so we could clean easily. Seems they were accidentally locked away. Our dog loved it and so did the kids. Able to walk to the pub and the beach so location A1. Connara fire was perfect for the week as nights cold but kept us nice and warm. Can recommend.

Stayed over Easter. 3 good size bedrooms. Large living/dining room with large couch, and functional kitchen. Good size deck with large BBQ and outdoor table under shelter. Lovely hammock in the garden which was well presented. Was very clean and pretty well set-up in the kitchen. Easy walk to beach/coffee-shop/general store and Airey's pub. Pet-friendly for us (we sought permission for our small well-behaved non-shedding dog). Would stay again
