Bedrooms upstairs are your stand queen bedrooms, one with en suite and the other sharing a main bathroom. Downstairs the third bedroom is huge, and can easily accommodate a small family with double bed and bunk.

Great house for large groups. Beautiful styling. Cosy loungeroom with fireplace. Amazing views! We arrived to see a park full of kangaroos opposite the house, and saw a koala, kookaburrows, cockatoos and galas during our stay. My only criticism is that the bedrooms were not heated, so they were freezing! Plus there was no bin liners, dishwashing detergent so we had to buy our own.

I stayed here with my family (2 small girls) and a friends family (2 small boys) and the house was perfect in every possible way. It was easily able to comfortably accommodate 2 families with separate dedicated living zones each with own toilet and shower facilities with a large shared toilet and shower area. It has 2 huge living areas (both with a beautiful outlook), again this is perfect as there is one for adults and the other for the children. All of the rooms are very spacious and absolutely beautifully styled/presented. The attention to detail throughout the entire home was worthy of a show home. All facilities are in great working order with modern fridges, driers, washing machines etc. The indoor dining table is large enough for many more than 8 and the couch is modern and very comfortable with an open fire place and a large screen TV. The balcony is very large and easily fit our group of 8 for evening meals with a Weber Q bbq and we were greeted each morning with kangaroos grazing on the grass in the park next door. The balcony has wonderful views across the Lorne coastline and often has Kookaburras and Cockatoos sitting on the rails. There is off street parking for 2+ cars but it is on the corner block of a quiet street so plenty of room for street parking. This place is absolutely stunning and I would stay there again without another thought, super stylish, great quiet spot only minutes to Lorne main street and just feels like home the minute you walk in.
