Set across two stories, the home expands in a tardis like manner offering a variety of indoor and outdoor living spaces and spacious bedrooms. Lofted ceilings let the home breathe whilst stunning treetop ocean views from both levels are a centre point for discussion and inevitable relaxation. The minimalist layout and natural toned furnishings allow the surrounding splashes of green and blue to dominate the home. Sneaking glimpses though the canopy of age old gums is an experience in itself.
Alto Vista features are all that you would expect from a modern beach home. Polished wood floors, stone bench tops, built in flat screen television & fireplaces, multiple decking areas, glass balustrades, plush carpeted bedrooms, the list goes on. Such is the location of Alto Vista, guests are offered a variety of paths to the beach, township, pier and even the stunning walking paths surrounding Teddy Lookout and St George River. It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules” . Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Kaylie Burrows - 22nd May 2023Home felt unloved, spider webs everywhere, and dead spiders, no supplies in the bathrooms and very little in the kitchen.
Hi Kylie, thank you for taking the time to share your experience and we apologise for the inconvenience. Our properties are self-catered. A welcome pack is provided on arrival but apart from that items are to be purchased by the guests. We also encourage our guests to contact us if something's not right at the property, especially if it is not cleaned to your satisfaction upon arrival. Rest assured that we are on top of this and will coordinate your remarks with the housekeeping team. We hope to serve you better in the future.
Great place to stay but no wifi, really?
John Radford - 13th February 2023A very pleasant place to stay. Cannot fault the location and truly wonderful views. It’s a comfortable place to spend time and just about everything taken care of ( but no salt ?) however it’s a reasonable expectation for the price paid to have wifi but there wasn’t any. Upon asking the real estate agent did provide a router but only sufficient data for part of the stay. Despite all the advantages of this place, and for its cost, wifi for us is a deal breaker.

Amazing house with amazing tree and ocean views
Nina - 12th March 2018I had a brilliant labour day long weekend with extended family. Alto Vista is beautifully presented home with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Beautifully positioned between the trees with some amazing ocean views .Very clean place with lots of space for a whole family. Can not fault anything at Alto Vista we will definetly be back soon .
Beautiful modern beach house
Belinda - 28th February 2016We had a fantastic girls weekend at Alto Vista. The property is in a great location and easily accommodated all 10 of us. Bedrooms are spacious and the views are lovely. We also enjoyed some amazing bush walks just up the road towards Teddys Lookout. Cant wait to come back again :-)
