All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

I had a girls weekend away for my 50th, it was so cosy and comfortable with a gorgeous aspect from every window. A short drive to town for all your needs. It would've been great to have a coffee machine and maybe some sunloungers out on the patio. We also thought as a whole group, it could be quite fitting to have a record player with a selection of LP's to flick through. I will be returning to this superb holiday home.

This property is one of the most enveloping, beautiful, well appointed homes we have ever stayed in. The sound of the river at night, the open fire and huge comfy lounges, the green rolling hills, family of kangaroos 10 mt from the door and bush walking from the front door. 2 minute drive to stunning Lorne beach and long breakfasts at great restaurants. This home is just gorgeous

This was just the most amazing place to stay for a week. Not to far from the town. We did walk into town which was challenging but we made it back too. Great walking tracks so comfortable, country life in the coastal town. Kangaroos at your front door, horses back to nature. Could not fault at all can’t wait to return.

A Beautiful Place to Stay

We had a remarkable stay at Allenvale Farm. A beautiful house nestled in the valley just behind Lorne. Away from the crowds but with easy access to the beach and shops when needed. Waking to the sounds of the river and surrounded by native wildlife, it is a magical setting. There was plenty of room for the whole family and the house is very comfortable and well appointed. The huge sun filled family room and country kitchen were a great focal point for our family meals and gatherings.
