Situated between the gum trees, the property has modern amenities with comfortable spaces dine, entertain and relax. Alby’s boasts an open plan living dining area with wood fire heater, ducted air-conditioning, a spacious deck with BBQ, WIFI, and so much more. Alby’s comfortably sleeps eight guests in its’ cosy three bedrooms, including a master suite with water views, private ensuite and walk in robe and a kid’s bunk retreat.
More than a place to stay, Alby's offers quick access to the best beaches, waterfalls, and attractions that Lorne has to offer. Plus, pets are welcome to join in the fun!

Once you step inside, you'll find an inviting living room with a 4K Smart TV with Netflix and DVD player over a wood fire heater! The elegant dining and kitchen area can easily accommodate large groups. Entertaining is simple with fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Or enjoy a casual meal or Nespresso coffee at the breakfast bar.
The property provides breathtaking views across Louttit Bay from the living and dining rooms, master bedroom and it’s large deck. The deck is the perfect place to simply relax on a sun lounge or to host a BBQ for family and friends

The main family bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
The property is a 600m walk to Lorne’s iconic pier and an easy 10-minute stroll to the town centre and main beach, making Alby’s the perfect location to explore Lorne and its’ surrounds.
Please note the yard is not fully fenced.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
Strict no party policy
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Alby’s is such a great holiday house with the most amazing view. It is in a quiet location but still within easy walking distance of Lorne’s beach, shops and restaurants. The house was extremely clean and well equipped so we had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend out of town.

Loved the layout, we all felt like we had space but could gather in the lounge and dining areas with the sensational ocean views. The views! Would love a summer holiday here. A nicely presented home with big open spaces and plenty of room for 1 or families. The deck overlooking the ocean is a beautiful place to have all your meals and if it’s not warm enough the indoor dining is just as nice. A big front yard gives kids a place to play and we enjoyed frisbee and cricket. The walk to main beach is easy. Listing says pet friendly but the backyard is not secure for a dog
