Description
Beachside, affordable four bedroom family beach house in tranquil surroundings. Approx. 500m from Sandy Gully beach and walking distance from the picturesque Split Point lighthouse, the famous Airey's Pub and all other amenities. Spacious accommodation which includes separate upstairs living with external access only.
This area consists of a double bed, a set of bunks, living space and another bathroom. Pet Friendly (surcharge applies) - not fenced.
Please note, linen is not supplied so you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases and doona/quilt covers, towels etc. Alternatively, a linen hire service is available on request.

Just a few general words about the property.
It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules” . Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Nice place, quiet street, small general store close by
Lovely quiet place surrounded by trees, easy walk to the cliff-top path, and not far from the beach. Would happily return. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, upstairs room even has fold-out couch (not for tall people though). Everything present in kitchen, basic cleaning stuff provided (although that might be from other visitors and may not always be there). BBQ good. No internet, but my phone and data worked, for those who need a bit of technology!
A very relaxing and quiet setting. Perfect base to walk and explore the beach, town and lighthouse from the house. We had a comfortable stay, thank you.
No maintenance. Run down house. Electrical not working properly with safety switch tripping multiple times a day. Hot water system not working properly on arrival. Spouting blocked. Bins full on arrival. Good location. The staff at the realestate were helpful. You get what you pay for but this place doesn’t seem safe.
