The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts Blanco appliances and Dishlex dishwasher. Breakfast bar for two and dining table for 8 provide ample room for the whole family. The smallest kids will even be treated by their own child dining set. All living and sleeping quarters are fully air conditioned, dressed with both full and half shade blinds and come complete with a variety of extra additions to make your stay a special one. Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Wonderful, understanding owner made this place available to us on very short notice. Saved our stay in Lorne from disaster and didn't even have time to clean the apartment before we arrived, yet was perfectly presentable for our stay. Great location as well.

Thank you to the owners of 1/17 Smith Street. We were delighted to be welcomed by a wonderfully light filled, spacious and fully decked out modern beach holiday accommodation with everything we needed including underground car parking, separate rumpus room, open plan kitchen, lounge & dining, videos and toys for the kids, all kitchen needs, bbq on the deck & laundry washer & dryer. The location is the best in Lorne with everything literally a minute walk away including beach, pools, cafes (including my fav Bottle of Milk), cinema, trampolines and playground. This is our second time staying at this accommodation and we will be back again for sure.

From the moment we walked into the home with a beautiful note greeting us to the wine and flowers, we knew we were going to have a truly relaxing holiday. The location could not be better. We parked our cars and didn't need them again until we left. The house is perfect for a family having two living areas so the children could play downstairs whilst the adults were upstairs relaxing. We had everything we could have needed plus more. I could not recommend this home strongly enough and the owners have gone to the extra effort to ensure any guest is made to feel at home. We can't wait to go back next year.
