This fabulous, contemporary house offers generous living space - indoors and out - and a lovely feeling of privacy for your family to enjoy a fun-filled holiday together. You're conveniently close to town and the beach.

Living and Entertainment Space

There is a spacious, air-conditioned living area on each level.

Upstairs, you'll find a lounge room with comfy couches and flat screen TV with WiFi. There is a dining table with breakfast bar and the lounge area a-joins a spacious entertaining deck complete with BBQ. Spend leisurely evenings dining alfresco and enjoying a drink together, while you look out at the glimpses of sparkling ocean over the treetops.

The contemporary kitchen is fully decked out with a full sized fridge/freezer, oven, cooktop and breakfast bar to chat over while meals are being prepped.

Downstairs, the generous open living area has a pool table, TV and lounges, and a handy kitchenette so you don't have to interrupt the game to venture upstairs for refreshments. The indoors opens outdoors to the back patio. There is plenty of space in the leafy garden for kids to run around.

This house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 5 bedrooms, all with built-in robes, and 3 bathrooms.

Location
The holiday house has a great feeling of privacy and seclusion, directly across the road is the Otway National Park, which has amazing walking tracks. Yet, it's only a 3-minute drive into town and a 1km or 15-minute walk to Roadknight Beach.
