There are not many properties where you can walk out your front door and canoe or paddle board to the main beach! This single level brick home has a great open plan modern kitchen, living and dining room ceiling fans,wood heater and reverse cycle split system for warmth and cooling all year round.
There are 3 x bedrooms, the master with ceiling fan and ensuite. The second bedroom also has a ceiling fan for comfort. The third bedroom has 2 single bunks and trundle bed. The main bathroom and seperate toilet and laundry are easily accessed off the hallway.
There is an incredible extra-large undercover entertaining deck, which works well as an additional outdoor room and you will most likely end up spending most of your holiday enjoying the north facing sunshine and river view from here. The property also has a table tennis table in the shed/games room for those wanting a bit of friendly competition. As well as boogie-boards, canoes and paddleboard, to cruise along the river or hit the beach. The corner block has space and land around the property including a fire-pit at the rear so peace will always be with you!

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
