The living area opens onto the deck areas offering a bit of extra space if needed. For the golf enthusiast, the Anglesea Golf Course is approx. 10 minutes away or for the less energetic Great Ocean Road Mini Golf is located near the bottom group of shops. For those not wanting to cook the Airey’s Pub is also within walking distance as is the local Greek restaurant.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

We booked this little gem last minute, the booking process was simple and staff at the office itself were lovely. The apartment had everything we needed and then some. We loved the decks and watching abundant birdlife come and go. We left rejuvenated and relaxed after just 3 nights and 4 days spent catching waves at beautiful surrounding beaches,taking in the quality local (and very close!) craft & produce market and a gorgeous walk out to the split point lighthouse one evening. Thanks for a great long weekend, hoping we can make it back someday soon.

Beautiful apartment with great views of the bush . Excellent location, an had absolutely everything we could have asked for when it came to condiments, cookware ect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Have already recommended to family and friends and are very excited to return again one day. Aireys inlet is a beautiful spot, would love to move there one day!

We had an amazing stay at 5@19! The property is so close to everything, a nice stroll to the local cafe's, market and a pleasant walk to the cliff top right along the coast line with stunning views, and easy access to the surf beach. The accommodation had a peaceful appeal and had everything you will need (the owners have gone out of the way to ensure you won't want for anything). Convenient, clean and definitely warm and welcoming, we will be back! PS The birdlife visiting the balconies was a bonus!
