This bright and airy newly built home caters for all your holiday needs. Situated in a quiet street within walking distance to the main shopping precinct of Anglesea, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living house will feel like your home away from home.

As you enter the house you will find a bright master bedroom with ensuite, followed by a separate living area/fourth bedroom with a large sofa bed and a sit/stand office desk and chair, perfect for working from the beach. The house opens into an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with sliding doors leading out to the landscaped garden and outdoor dining. The family bathroom and 2 other bedrooms are off the main living area.

Don't worry about sandy feet after a day at the beach with access via the garden to the outdoor shower, and external garage access to the laundry. You will also find table tennis in the garage for those family ping pong tournaments.

The house is in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, the Anglesea River and across to Coogarah Reserve and playground, and a 10 minute walk to Anglesea Beach. The house design and space lend itself to being the ideal spot for more than one family to come and holiday together.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
