Tucker House features a large living area with expansive views, a spacious kitchen, two big balconies, three bright bedrooms and all the luxuries you need. The ground floor features a separate living area (large LCD, DVD) which opens out onto another magnificent deck area and fully fenced back yard (with hot water, outdoor shower) with lots of room for a game of backyard cricket.
Even with a full house, there will be no queuing for the bathroom, with 2 x separate toilets on this level as well as a main family bathroom (with bath and stand-alone shower) and an additional shower room with vanity.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

This spectacularly positioned Wongarra property enjoys uninterrupted ocean and coastal views. Perched high up in the hills, the vantage point provides expansive, blue-ocean views from all living areas and bedrooms. Undeniably some of the best views along the coastline of Victoria.
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, 8 seater dining table and stools at an island bench, (note the coffee machine in the picture is no longer at the property). The living area with timber flooring and open fireplace provide a beautiful atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying the view. Bonita Vista is fully equipped to meet all your holiday needs, also including widescreen TV, DVD, open fireplace and electric heating.
Water to the property is from rain-water tanks, is potable although you may choose to provide your own supply of drinking water.
